How to use it? So easy!

1. Draw the tape out of the case and surround your arm or any other body part.

2. Put the plastic peg attached to the end of the tape into the locking pin.

3. Press the retractable button cinch the tape snugly and read the value.

Note:

Because the measuring tape housing is 2 inches wide, wrap it around your body part, insert the cylinder needle into the hole, and read off the reading without having to add another 2 inches.
